Why do you use honey instead of sugar?

Honey provides a more natural and gentle sweetness that enhances the texture without the heavy, sugary feel found in other ice cream brands. It also supports our clean-ingredient philosophy.

What makes Kurime gelato different and unique?

At Kurime, every batch is handcrafted in small quantities using premium ingredients and zero refined sugar, artificial flavouring, colouring, or preservatives.

Is your gelato less sweet than store-bought brands?

Yes. We do not use refined sugar but instead natural honey which allows the flavour of the ingredients to shine without having an overpowering aftertaste.

Do you use preservatives?

No. Our gelatos are made fresh daily with premium ingredients and contain no preservatives. Because of this, proper storage is crucial to maintain the best quality.

Are your gelatos suitable for people with allergies?

It depends on the specific allergy. All our gelatos contain dairy and eggs, with certain flavors containing nuts and traces of soy.

Do you offer Dairy-free flavours?

We currently do not offer any dairy-free options.

Is there Soy present in your ice cream?

No soy ingredients, but do note that the Whey Protein powder added into the gelatos is produced in a facility that also processes soy and nuts.

Delivery & Collection

Can I change my delivery date?

This depends on availability. Please message us on WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver across mainland Singapore (excluding offshore islands) and only on Friday and Saturday.

What are your delivery fees?

Delivery fees start from $12, depending on location. Enjoy free delivery when you order 3 or more pints!

Where is the self-collection location?

Self-collection is at 7 Ang Mo Kio Street 66, #01-08, Flora Vista, Singapore 567708.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

Our driver will call you to check if the order can be left with a neighbour or at your doorstep.
If we cannot reach you, a $15 admin & logistics fee will apply for re-delivery. Re-delivery is subject to availability and applies even for orders above $70.

The same products packed for the customer will be re-delivered at an agreed date and time window, subject to availability. We also cannot guarantee the condition of the products.

What should I do if no one is present to receive the gelatos?

Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our delivery partner. A $15 re-delivery fee may be charged.

If I self-collect, how long can the gelatos last outside the freezer?

Our 476ml pints are packed with freezing agents and can last up to 1 hour outside the freezer. However, We still recommend storing your ice cream as soon as possible.

Will I receive updates on my delivery?

Yes, we’ll update you once your order is out for delivery.

Do you provide ice packs with delivery?

Yes! We include ice gels inside our insulated bags to keep your gelatos frozen during delivery.

Storage & Serving

How should I store my gelato?

Keep your gelato in the freezer at –18°C or below. Avoid frequent thawing and refreezing, as it affects texture and quality.

How long does your gelato last?

For the best experience, consume within a week after opening and within 2 weeks if unopened as there are no preservative.

How much gelato is in one pint?

Each pint contains 476ml.

How many servings are in one pint?

One 476ml pint provides 3 servings, depending on portion size.

Can I eat Kurime’s gelato immediately upon delivery?

For the best texture, store the gelato in a working freezer at –18°C for 45 minutes.
Thaw the gelato at least 10-15 minutes before consuming.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept PayNow.

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website.

How early should I place my order?

We recommend ordering 2–3 days in advance so we have enough time to prepare your order. You can schedule a delivery up to 14 days ahead.

Feel free to contact us on WhatsApp for special arrangements/corporate orders — we’d love to assist!

Am I able to order more than 8 pints of gelato?

As we consider 8 pints and above to be a bulk order, we would highly suggest for you to WhatsApp us your interest to order.

On top of that, we also have limited each customer to 4 pints per flavor for the time being!

Can I order in bulk for parties or events?

Bulk orders will be available soon! Follow us on Instagram for the latest updates!

What if my gelato arrives melted?

Your gelato may feel slightly softer upon arrival, but it should not be melted.

If the driver is delayed and the gelato arrives melted, please send us photos on WhatsApp immediately after receiving your order.

What if I received the wrong flavour?

We sincerely apologise for the mistake. You’ll receive a the correct flavour on the next agreed delivery date with a 20% discount for your next order.

Do you accept returns?

No. Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of gelato products.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

You should receive an email immediately after ordering. If you don’t see it, kindly check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Promotions’ folder.

Can I cancel or amend my orders?

Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. For urgent amendments, please contact us on WhatsApp — we will do our best as long as your order has not been processed yet.

Will my gelato arrive frozen?

Yes. Our gelato is delivered with freezing agents and tested to arrive frozen. Once received, please store it in a freezer at –18°C for 45 minutes before serving.

How do I place a large order for corporate or private events?

For orders above $300, please contact us on WhatsApp or Email one month in advance. Depending on the quantity, we may require 5–10 working days to prepare your order and arrange the logistics.

How do I place an order to multiple delivery locations?

Please checkout each delivery address as a separate order, as each location requires its own delivery slot.

What happens when a flavor is sold out?

We usually restock sold-out flavours within 2–4 working days. Please check our website for updates.

Are your gelatos halal?

No, our gelatos are not halal-certified — but we do not use alcohol or pork-derived ingredients.

Do you collaborate with influencers or other brands?

Yes, if you’re interested to collaborate, do drop us an email!
