Welcome to Kurime (the “Website”). By placing an order or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place any orders.
1. General
- The Website is owned and operated by Kurime, UEN 202547905Z, a business registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”).
- We sell and deliver gelato and related products only within Singapore.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here with the “Last updated” date.
2. Products & Allergens
- All our gelatos may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.
- Please check product descriptions carefully. Customers with severe allergies order at their own risk.
- Images are for illustration only. Actual product may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- We accept payment exclusively via HitPay using PayNow.
- Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed. No cash-on-delivery is available.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Ordering
- Orders are accepted only through this Website or if you have custom ordered from us via WhatsApp.
- An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (e.g., if items are out of stock or suspected fraud).
- You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful and we accept your order—this forms a binding contract.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is available only within Singapore.
- Delivery slots and fees are shown at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Estimated delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party couriers.
- Gelato is a perishable. Someone must be present to receive the order during the selected time slot. If no one is available, we may leave the order at the door or return it back to us, with no refund.
- Risk and title pass to you upon successful delivery/handover.
6. Self-collection
- Orders for self-collection must be picked up within the selected day.
- If not collected on the selected day, we may dispose of the ice cream with no refund.
7. Promotions & Vouchers
- Promo codes and vouchers are valid only for the stated period and conditions.
- Only one promo code per order unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Website (photos, logos, text, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reuse it without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of enjoyment of ice cream that melted due to late receipt).
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, courier strikes).
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
