Overview
Due to the perishable nature of our gelato, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our premises.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without our acknowledgement. No changes will be done even if you self-delivered to us.
Refunds
Refunds are only valid if:
- The gelato has been fully melted.
- Wrong gelato flavor was delivered.
However, these are still subjected for proof to be given to us via WhatsApp.
We will require a photo and/or video immediately after its delivered or collected. We will then assist you with a replacement or refund if necessary.
If you received the wrong flavor, we will usually give the correct flavor on the next agreed delivery date with a 20% discount on your next order.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, such as our sample sets, cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not accept any exchanges for our gelato once it leaves our premises.
